Shipping & Returns
Michelle Belau is pleased to offer free shipping within the UAE for all purchases. A summary of charges can be found in the table below.

Orders are processed and shipped 6 days a week, with the exception of Fridays and UAE Public Holidays.
A summary of your order and expected date of delivery will be provided to you in a confirmation email following your purchase. Please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book to ensure receipt of your emails.
Shipping charges for international shipments may vary based on destination and weight. We reserve the right to amend shipping charges for orders which are unusual and we reserve the right to exclude countries which are considered high-risk or subject to sanctions.
Customs charges and taxes in the country the product(s) is being shipped to are your responsibility. These charges will we charged to you on delivery. Deliveries within the UAE will not be subject to custom charges or taxes.
Estimated shipping arrival dates are based on the day and time of placing the order, and the destination. Customs and public holidays may delay the delivery. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Michelle Belau is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes or problems with the courier company.
Within the UAE, delivery should take 1-3 business days depending on the time of the day ordered.
International delivery should take 2-7 business days, unforeseen circumstances notwithstanding.
You will be notified via email once your product(s) has been shipped.

You may return items that are in their original condition (unworn, unused, undamaged) with the original tags still attached.
Please ensure that you email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item, and we will be happy to issue you a credit note. Unfortunately, if shipping, customs, and taxes costs were applicable, these cannot be refunded. In addition, return shipping costs are to be borne by you. We highly recommend returning the item via an insured shipping service that allows the package to be tracked, in order to guarantee delivery. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund. We will notify you once the item has been received and the refund is being processed.
Please note that we are unable to process returns of swimwear, earrings, gift cards and items on sale, unless the item is defective.
If you are in the UAE and wish to exchange your item in our store, please do so within 7 days of receiving your order and ensure that the tags are still attached and you have your original receipt. Please note that we cannot do cash refunds in store but we can issue store credit valid for up to 12 months.
